Sanders Learning
Instructional Design

We build story-based practice tools for young children — bilingual, accessibility-first, and grounded in the research on how children actually learn — plus professional practice tools for the educators who serve them. A practice tool, never therapy.

Work with Elliott

Every app in the Sanders Learning family is designed by someone who spent his career inside the classroom, not just studying it from the outside.

Elliott holds an Ed.S. in Curriculum Development and an Ed.S. in Teacher Leadership, and is currently a Ph.D. student in Educational Leadership. Before founding Sanders Learning, he spent 17 years teaching students with special needs — the work that shaped how every story here is built: bilingual from the ground up, accessibility-first, and paced for how children actually move through big feelings, not how a textbook assumes they should.

That combination — formal training in curriculum design, real teacher-leadership experience, and 17 years of daily practice with students with special needs — is why these apps hold up under a specialist's eye, not just a parent's. Every choice point, every CASEL-mapped objective, and every gentle redirect is built the way a teacher who has lived thousands of these real moments would build it.
